Gluten free Vegan Escalopes
A soy based recipe. Made entirely from scratch and in-house.
vegan Bolognese
Soy based recipe, minced using a separate mincer for no contamination. Slow cooked for 3 hours.
Lasagne
Egg free pasta, slow cooked soy Bolognese, with vegan béchamel sauce
Vegan Mozzarella
Soya milk recipe. Light and subtle flavour: almost identical to the real deal.
