We have first opened our doors in 2002 in Bandon, Co. Cork. A series of life events has brought us to Douglas in 2014, and we’ve been a proud member of community ever since, serving authentic Italian cuisine, prepared and created by a Rome-born Head Chef with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Our extensive menu has something for everyone.
Our à la carte menu has been a cornerstone of our success. We have sworn to never change it. Only to improve it. We make most of our food items in-house, from scratch, using the highest quality ingredients, despite the soaring price tags.

Our Mixologist has brought years of experience with him from the UK and Spain.

Feeling peckish during the late hours of cocktails? We serve a small selection of tapas, anti-pasto, and finger-food as you relax and enjoy your company over some delicious cocktails.

Marcello liotta - owner & executive chef
I’ve started cooking at an early age of 7, and I’ve loved it ever since. This passion was passed on to me from my mother, and I can see the very same passion in my daughter’s eyes.

Sara liotta - kitchen manager & head chef
I’ve inherited my passion for cooking from my father. I’ve been in the restaurant business since I was 13 y/o, starting off as a waitress and working my way up through to roles to learn every aspect of the business. I have Roman, Sicilian, & Puglian roots: three of the most influential Italian cuisines, and an extensive knowledge of Vegan and gluten-free dishes. Solar in life as well as in my passion.

I’ve met the love of my life and discovered my passion for hospitality. We’ve set out on an adventure of building our own business which our kids are now taking over.

andrew selivjorstovs - manager & mixologist
After I’ve completed an EBS course in Dublin at the top of my class, I went away for a number of years and worked as a Mixologist in Spain and UK. I am now bringing back the knowledge & experience to our family business, and taking over the General Manager duties from my mother.
